Truth to tell, I don't use the media player at all. I just download the audio directly, in part because i'm locked out of the player at work...but that's my own issue...I agree about the interview tho!

I much prefer the older "legacy" media player, which is a lot less choppy than the new one when listening via dial-up, as circumstance currently dictates. As for video -- that would only complicate things for KCRW, requiring much bigger data banks and thus even more irritating begging for money at pledge time. And yes, I'm a paying member...

Sometimes it's better to leave things as they are, and keep doing what you do well.

But sometimes it isn't -- and in that vein, I thought you did a terrific job with the interview on Tuesday, which I caught while driving home from work. You seeemed a lot more comfortable than in the Tony Blankly interview. A new career is born...
